Found yesterday that I have a frozen shoulder this was deduced by the fact that my range of movement there is reduced. I was given some exercise to do which should hopefully losen it the exercises are mainly stretching ones to get rid of the stiffness I guess. The appointment I had was at the newly refurbished medical centre. I have another appointment there next week but I have forgotten the time of the thing which is not good I guess. I am hoping to bump into the bloke who gave me the appointment which might be ok as he lives near me. The weather is still cold the wind is quite nippy, I am typing this with the newly purchased wireless keyboard the key are not as good as I was hoping they are a bit mushy and not that firm, but I guess what do I expect for the price if I want good one I guess I have to pay the right price.
