bad back
Its been a week now since I have had this back ache it has kept me awake a few nights but has improved in that regard over the last tow nights. I have used painkillers and some ice packs which help a bit and some exercise and this morning I went for swim which hopefully I will feel the benefit of tomorrow. I am not sure whether to buy a new mattress or not and I guess I have good excuse to do it today as its my birthday. I have read the paper today and can't believe how much the long serving bus company has been defrauding the council not sure how they though they would not get caught eventully I guess they got greedy and the end was nye for them. I see some folk are going abroad for a holiday it would be niceo have a few days in the sun away from here a change of scenery would be good but it takes such a long time to organise and I can't decide where to go which does not help I guess.
