This is the first image I created with chat gpt its really good this AI thing though I am not too sure how to apply to things that I need to do this was just messing around. If I had listened to the weather forecast I would not have stepped out of the house today, they talk a lot of rubbish those weather forecast people.  In fact its been an ok day except that its a bit cold I guess for this time of year but its mainly dry and I was able to get some chores done outside. The cd drive on this computer did not seem to be working this morning, well not on one cd anyway it seemed to be oke on the others I tried.  I did think of sending the thing back but it seems to e alright now,  I have had some pain today again it does not want to get lost this affliction I have had for a long time now.

I have just spent a few weeks with some long term patients of the Welsh NHS who have conditions such as diabetes and arthritis and ones waiting for operations, I am a dissappointed how disillusioned a lot of them are with service and lack of care they receive really. One chap who is expecting a knee replacement received a letter telling him he would have to wait a bit longer for his new knee and then a question at the bottom asking if he still wanted the operation well I would have thought that was not down to him but to the people who are supposed to care for him he would have got some advice about whether to have the op or not and they would have advised due to the fact that they are were suppose to care for him to have it he was not through the option the have the operation just because he could think of anything better to do with his time.   It should have been his specialist who should have been asked about the situation it just shows a lack of compasion to me and it se...

Well the snow is being washed away by our familiar friendthe rain today there will none left quite soon.  The rain makes it possible to stay in I guess and try to finish the music project I have been instructed to try to create some reggae guitar which is not easy for me as I just usually just strum a few chords but this involves play a few chords on the off beat I will give it a go. I was looking forward to watch the death row program tonight but the wretched snooker has been put in its place I guess I will be able to watch on catch up at some point, if I remember that is I have a tendency to forget things a lot more these days maybe its because I am clogged up with rubbish I guess and need to get rid of it somehow which is not easy.   I have come across more friend from my days at college this time from the emerald isle and it takes me to a bit of an uncomfortable place as it was with someone from there I spent most of my time when at the college oh well I guess tha...
