  Getting to see a doctor is not as easy as it used to be before this pandemic, you now have to ring up try to pass the receptionist and then get a call back from the doctor at some point and then you might get a face to face this could take up to three days I guess which is a long time if you feel you really need help. I found it quicker to go to A and E, really but that may have a been a one off and it might not be so easy to see someone next time i go there which won't be for a while as the virus is in the hospital. I got the stone delivered for the front yesterday the bag was bigger than I thought it will take me long time to get it out of the bag but what else have I got to do I suppose, shovel load by shoval load |I will get there but maybe i should have ordered less but then again its there now doing the job it was intended for though I am not sure if it works yet as the traffic is very limited not thankfully. I don't know if this plan will work I shall just have to wait...

Found yesterday that I have a frozen shoulder this was deduced by the fact that my range of movement there is reduced.  I was given some exercise to do which should hopefully losen it the exercises are mainly stretching ones to get rid of the stiffness I guess.  The appointment I had was at the newly refurbished medical centre. I have another appointment there next week but I have forgotten the time of the thing which is not good I guess.  I am hoping to bump into the bloke who gave me the appointment which might be ok as he lives near me. The weather is still cold the wind is quite nippy, I am typing this with the newly purchased wireless keyboard the key are not as good as I was hoping they are a bit mushy and not that firm, but I guess what do I expect for the price if I want good one I guess I have to pay the right price.  The old one I had the spacebar was sticking down and therefore there were no spaces between the words which was annoying I guess it might...
