I have been doing cookery course for a few weeks making food which I probably would never have eaten if it wasn't for the course. Today today we made chicken Alfredo which I assume is an Italian dish we were given a recipe which we didn't really follow a lot of the steps were a bit different to the ones written down so I have made notes in somewhere else so that's I remember to make it I had it for tea with some salad was OKA bit bland I'm sure I could make it a bit more interesting it seems to be like one pound thing though I struggle with this practical things always have done find it easier to suppose he was my heart and my hands though my head is a bit fazed these days and not as good as it used to be It was good to hear today that the course is going to be extended for three more weeks which is going to be hunting I hope that after this course my cooking ability will improve.
