I was umming and arring for ages this morning about what to do today, its hard trying to think of things to do every day, most people work, but I don't have a job at the moment and have not had one for a while now.  In the end I ended up going to Pwllheli on the bus, its not a very nice journey, a bit boring, well unless you haven't done it before it is anyway,  Anyway, so old lady came on the bus with her husband, and asked me to shut the window, she didn't ask if I minded closing the window, she asked me to shut it, Anyway I did shut it, well one of them anyway, I couldn't be bothered to shut the other one, maybe i was a bit daft, but I guess I was in a bad mood.

There wasn't much in Pwllheli, there never is, it was nice day though, I wanted to go for a walk today, but the rain was quite bad this morning so I didn't bother, I was wishing I had gone by mid afternoon as it was very warm, by then, the weather people mess you around, they say one thing and the weather turns out to be something else.

The skip is still her outside the house, I am not sure what the purpose of having it here is, I think they said something about the old toilet.

I got a new router today from talktalk, it still won't work wirelessly, I can't wait to get rid of this useless company, I have to wait until the end of April, its a long way off, maybe I will pay off the contract the closer I get to it.

While shopping today in ASDA, I bought some underwear, and bought them home, one pair is missing, not sure how that has happend, not sure if I should take it back to the shop or not, I am sure they would replace them if I asked them.

Well I achieved something last night, which I thought was going to be beyond me, I guess to a lot of people what I achieved, was pretty trivial, but I guess we all see things different;ly, what I achieved was to get over 170 score in a whist drive.  Last night was the first time I had ever done it, had a few scores in the 160's but not in the 170's which I see as the holy grail of scores to get as you will probably win then, which in fact I didn't last night, someone scored more than me, by 1 point.  I was not that bothered about that, all I was concerned about was getting a score above 170, I have been going to whist for years off and on and was never, until last night able to get the magic score, I am surprised I got the score last night as I had a bad headache all evening, I guess it was the luck of the cards that got me through. great war

I went to an exhibition today, which was about the first world war, it mainly seemed to be full of photos of men from my home village who had fallen in the great war, they were all young obviously not ravaged by time.  It was a bit sad to think that so many young men from the place where I grew up were killed, it had their names and the names of where they lived, the names of houses and streets are the same today Sometimes you feel the outside world does not affect what happens here, but I guess it must do as it dragged a load of the young men here into the conflict which was going on at that time, I am not sure I agree with them going to fight, but that is neither here nor there, the fact is they did and that was what was going on at that time. My grandfather was in the first world war, but he was lucky enough to survive, even though he did leave his calf muscle over there in wherever he was, it must have been hell for him really and I guess I will never know what he saw there, al

I did not go the 4th day of the walk, I could not face another 10 miles of plodding around the countryside, I think this is mainly due to the fact that I have not been walking quite so much in the last year, due to bad weather and things like that.  I did not think I would even finish 2 days but I did 3 in the end, more than anyone else except the person who organised the walk.   Instead of going on the walk i tidied up around the place, and just sat around, and also watched the football this afternoon, it was a crap day.  I did not even go for a short walk, its still perishing out there, I have a short walk on Wednesday, a kind of trail run for group who want to do this short walk, a recky or something they call it. I have at last heard when the new kitchen is being put in, apparently its on the !0th of April, I should have a received a 21 day notice but I didn't, which I guess is typical of the organisation who are doing the work.
