Gwynedd council
I am unhappy with the local council. They charge too much in council tax and seem disconnected from the needs of our area. Over the years, they have undermined longstanding traditions, such as the village fair, and public transport has deteriorated significantly—when I returned here 20 years ago, there were five buses, but now only one service remains.
Some people argue that Wales has too many councils—22 in total—but some form of local governance is necessary. Ideally, the town council would have more authority and resources to address local concerns, while the main county council often feels remote and indifferent, focusing primarily on revenue rather than the welfare of this community. The local council has left us with a piss poor bus service, and now the village is rammed with cars.
I had to learn to use the keyboard as a mouse yesterday as I broke my mouse, google gemini taught me how to do it which was interesting these AI things know a lot of stuff, I guess they will be runniing the council soon
