Donald Trump is finally gone a horrible man i finally kicked out, I am not American but have had to listen to his crap on the news for the last 4 years which have felt like 40.  He is not going to go as quiet as we would like but he will eventually go.

It is a nice day today weather wise and I went to Lidl to do some shopping I did not want anything well I did not think I wanted anything but I managed to get a lot of stuff in the basket it will save me having to go tomorrow I suppose but then I have to find something else to do which as its going to be a nice day weather wise should not be too hard to do.  

This is the last weekend of the firebreak thing when the traffic has been quitet and shops not selling food have been shut in Lidl they had turned the 'non' essential stuff round they had not covered them this not essential thing was a load of bollox but I can what they were trying do but they had not thought it through properly obviously.

There has been hardly anyone around in the last few days in the tows where I have been I guess i am not so keen to go there when its like that.  The idiots in Porthmadog had not opened the park though I saw today it has been shut since March when it would have been useful for social distancing it does not reflet well on the place.

The vitamin d supplement came today it is suppose to help with immunity I was expecting more for the price it will not last the winter though but if the sun keeps coming out I won't need it I guess

Well I achieved something last night, which I thought was going to be beyond me, I guess to a lot of people what I achieved, was pretty trivial, but I guess we all see things different;ly, what I achieved was to get over 170 score in a whist drive.  Last night was the first time I had ever done it, had a few scores in the 160's but not in the 170's which I see as the holy grail of scores to get as you will probably win then, which in fact I didn't last night, someone scored more than me, by 1 point.  I was not that bothered about that, all I was concerned about was getting a score above 170, I have been going to whist for years off and on and was never, until last night able to get the magic score, I am surprised I got the score last night as I had a bad headache all evening, I guess it was the luck of the cards that got me through. great war

I went to an exhibition today, which was about the first world war, it mainly seemed to be full of photos of men from my home village who had fallen in the great war, they were all young obviously not ravaged by time.  It was a bit sad to think that so many young men from the place where I grew up were killed, it had their names and the names of where they lived, the names of houses and streets are the same today Sometimes you feel the outside world does not affect what happens here, but I guess it must do as it dragged a load of the young men here into the conflict which was going on at that time, I am not sure I agree with them going to fight, but that is neither here nor there, the fact is they did and that was what was going on at that time. My grandfather was in the first world war, but he was lucky enough to survive, even though he did leave his calf muscle over there in wherever he was, it must have been hell for him really and I guess I will never know what he saw there, al

I did not go the 4th day of the walk, I could not face another 10 miles of plodding around the countryside, I think this is mainly due to the fact that I have not been walking quite so much in the last year, due to bad weather and things like that.  I did not think I would even finish 2 days but I did 3 in the end, more than anyone else except the person who organised the walk.   Instead of going on the walk i tidied up around the place, and just sat around, and also watched the football this afternoon, it was a crap day.  I did not even go for a short walk, its still perishing out there, I have a short walk on Wednesday, a kind of trail run for group who want to do this short walk, a recky or something they call it. I have at last heard when the new kitchen is being put in, apparently its on the !0th of April, I should have a received a 21 day notice but I didn't, which I guess is typical of the organisation who are doing the work.
