bad customer service

The deluge seems to have ceased for the moment well this afternoon  anyway. I had a wasted journey down to Pwllheli today to get my phone camera fixed they couldn't do it which was annoyng as I had to hang around for 3 hours for me to find out that, they couldn't fit the camera into the phone without me incurring another 50 quid cost which is pointless as I can get a new for the same price.  I am not too sure what to do about getting a phone with a camera now

 The day started off badly as the physio dept at the local hospital cancelled my appointment for today due to illness and I have haed to rearrange it for next thursday which is ironic as I go swimming on thursday which helps with the back problem I am seeing the physio with in the first place.  I may go to the appointment I will see how it goes next week.  I should probably get new mattress but I am spending a lot on bills at the moment so it might have to wait

 I also had to deal with a stroppy receptionist at the cartrefi cymunedol place who took a not so nice tone with me about rearanging some appointment which they have rearranged a couple of times the idiot seemed to blame me, I guess they are struggling for staff.  It pissed me off that they have the nerve to be a that rude though, should not be allowed nowhere near customer service idiots like that.

 I have manged to get another provider for the broadband I was getting sick of it dropping out all the time lets hope this one is better.

 Today also I heard that someone else has died in the village all there is at the moment is sad news regarding illness or death. I was sceptical about the news of this persons death as some claim some are dead and they are not around here

Well I achieved something last night, which I thought was going to be beyond me, I guess to a lot of people what I achieved, was pretty trivial, but I guess we all see things different;ly, what I achieved was to get over 170 score in a whist drive.  Last night was the first time I had ever done it, had a few scores in the 160's but not in the 170's which I see as the holy grail of scores to get as you will probably win then, which in fact I didn't last night, someone scored more than me, by 1 point.  I was not that bothered about that, all I was concerned about was getting a score above 170, I have been going to whist for years off and on and was never, until last night able to get the magic score, I am surprised I got the score last night as I had a bad headache all evening, I guess it was the luck of the cards that got me through. great war

I went to an exhibition today, which was about the first world war, it mainly seemed to be full of photos of men from my home village who had fallen in the great war, they were all young obviously not ravaged by time.  It was a bit sad to think that so many young men from the place where I grew up were killed, it had their names and the names of where they lived, the names of houses and streets are the same today Sometimes you feel the outside world does not affect what happens here, but I guess it must do as it dragged a load of the young men here into the conflict which was going on at that time, I am not sure I agree with them going to fight, but that is neither here nor there, the fact is they did and that was what was going on at that time. My grandfather was in the first world war, but he was lucky enough to survive, even though he did leave his calf muscle over there in wherever he was, it must have been hell for him really and I guess I will never know what he saw there, al

I did not go the 4th day of the walk, I could not face another 10 miles of plodding around the countryside, I think this is mainly due to the fact that I have not been walking quite so much in the last year, due to bad weather and things like that.  I did not think I would even finish 2 days but I did 3 in the end, more than anyone else except the person who organised the walk.   Instead of going on the walk i tidied up around the place, and just sat around, and also watched the football this afternoon, it was a crap day.  I did not even go for a short walk, its still perishing out there, I have a short walk on Wednesday, a kind of trail run for group who want to do this short walk, a recky or something they call it. I have at last heard when the new kitchen is being put in, apparently its on the !0th of April, I should have a received a 21 day notice but I didn't, which I guess is typical of the organisation who are doing the work.
