I did something I have not done for while today I went on a walk with a group of people around the Bangor area it was very nice the weather was fine and the people were fine I had the usual pain in the stomach again I have no idea what causes this pain.  It was a good day and hopefully I will sleep ok tonight.  I am down to go tomorrow though I am not too sure its a bit of a treck there and back and tomorrow is going to be a longer walk and I have not been walking for a while but what's the alternative I guess.  I will just have to wait and see how I feel, the walk was along the llwybur llechi though it should be called llwybur mwd or mud as it was very muddy in places.

I have just spent a few weeks with some long term patients of the Welsh NHS who have conditions such as diabetes and arthritis and ones waiting for operations, I am a dissappointed how disillusioned a lot of them are with service and lack of care they receive really. One chap who is expecting a knee replacement received a letter telling him he would have to wait a bit longer for his new knee and then a question at the bottom asking if he still wanted the operation well I would have thought that was not down to him but to the people who are supposed to care for him he would have got some advice about whether to have the op or not and they would have advised due to the fact that they are were suppose to care for him to have it he was not through the option the have the operation just because he could think of anything better to do with his time.   It should have been his specialist who should have been asked about the situation it just shows a lack of compasion to me and it seems the h

Found yesterday that I have a frozen shoulder this was deduced by the fact that my range of movement there is reduced.  I was given some exercise to do which should hopefully losen it the exercises are mainly stretching ones to get rid of the stiffness I guess.  The appointment I had was at the newly refurbished medical centre. I have another appointment there next week but I have forgotten the time of the thing which is not good I guess.  I am hoping to bump into the bloke who gave me the appointment which might be ok as he lives near me. The weather is still cold the wind is quite nippy, I am typing this with the newly purchased wireless keyboard the key are not as good as I was hoping they are a bit mushy and not that firm, but I guess what do I expect for the price if I want good one I guess I have to pay the right price.  The old one I had the spacebar was sticking down and therefore there were no spaces between the words which was annoying I guess it might have had something

A bit more information about the label I found on ebay regarding the farm my mother was brought up on the label was supplied by the coop apparently for local farmers whom I assume they brought their milk from anyway a member of the family is going to bid for it.  It is ironic that this label has turned up as the local coop is spending a million pounds for a refurb which I assume will lead to an increase in prices. It is a lot warmer here today but of course that means rain around here as usual. As regards the music project I have going I think the guitar bit I sent to friend is not going to end up in it which is not surprising as I struggle with that style of guitar playing the reggae style so I guess that means I will not be part of the whole thing which is fine as its been intresting and sometimes a bit frustrating doing the whole thing. I would have liked to have gone to a concert tonight but as usual I can't go due to not being a driver.

As I have mentioned I help out a bit in the foodbank I guess its all well and good giving these folk some free food but does anyone check if they have the faclities to prepare the food if not then it goes to waste obviously.  Also its not really very good when agencies are using the foodbank as part of their work with clients though I am sure they are vetted before being sent to the bank well I hope so anyway.  This is also down to the tory skanks of this country I assume with their greed. I has been a nice day weather wise today I guess it will back to normal tomorrow and we will have rain again

This mornng I came across a post on a local facebook page about regarding a label from an old milk crate the label said the milk in the crate had been bottled at my grandfather's farm.  This was news to me as I was not aware they had cows that got milked I was not they had cows.  This might have been before I was born obviously.  It is a label used by the co-op and its very interesting. Anyway I tagged my relatives in so they could see it, there did not seem to be that much interest in the beginning but it seems to have grown and now  I wish I had not tagged them in really as there might be a bit a tug of war in relation to who wants it, it would look nice in frame as its part of our family history and I doubt there is another one around, I guess its my heritage and for the few quid it costs it is worth buying, but the others would like it too so its a bit of dilemma, I have other cousins too now I am not sure whether to bring them in or not

Well the snow is being washed away by our familiar friendthe rain today there will none left quite soon.  The rain makes it possible to stay in I guess and try to finish the music project I have been instructed to try to create some reggae guitar which is not easy for me as I just usually just strum a few chords but this involves play a few chords on the off beat I will give it a go. I was looking forward to watch the death row program tonight but the wretched snooker has been put in its place I guess I will be able to watch on catch up at some point, if I remember that is I have a tendency to forget things a lot more these days maybe its because I am clogged up with rubbish I guess and need to get rid of it somehow which is not easy.   I have come across more friend from my days at college this time from the emerald isle and it takes me to a bit of an uncomfortable place as it was with someone from there I spent most of my time when at the college oh well I guess that's h

I am beginning to wish I had not turned on the telly this mornng as it mentioned a condtion I have that can turn into cancer but I guess at least the story concentrated on the fact that it can be detected with some light or something but it means me having to go and have another one of those cameras down my throat at some point I guess. Well the snow has been interesting this week suppose but I guess the main thing I remember about it is the fact that I was able to help my cousin sort out here frozen boiler.  There was a post on facebook from a plumber telling people how to get their boiler back working again if it wasn't and the reason it might have been not working is the fact that the outside pipe had frozen over and that all you needed to do was to pour hot water over the pipe and the water would flow through again, well my cousin did this and she was grateful for the tip.  I guess facebook is good for something and it rekindled my faith in human nature that the plumber gave
