What a bloody mess. I took a pair of trousers to be altered last week to some halfassed excuse of a place. I asked them to shorten the trouser, I admit I did not give an exact mark, which is probably where I went wrong, I should have been a bit more procise, they now I think have cut a bit off the bottom sawed it up,  its basically too short now, the thing is ruined, I paid 9 quid to get my trousers ruined, how stupid am I.

Not feeling too good lately, not sure why, stress probably.  Even though I have booked my journey for next week, I thought I would check if I could actually get home on the day after I got to Hereford, and the answer is no. I could get the last train, but with my experience of train travel, I  would probably miss the connection and be stranded in Llandudno junction, and then would have to mess around getting taxi home and would be hanging around for ages in a cold station, so for the sake of 35 quid I might aswell stay another night and then have the whole day to travel home. I am kind of regretting getting into the 'bonkers' argument , but I am a bit flabbergasted by the fact that it is called that.  it seems to be making light of the mental health illness, which is wrong I think.  I was hoping that Bradford would beat the team of exiles today, but it seems its not going the happen, the exiles should be playing in their own league I think

I got up feeling rough today, not been feeling too good for a week now, not sure what the problem is.  I guess I will need to go to the doctor on Monday if I don't improve, just feeling really drained I guess. I could have gone on a walk today but because I was feeling so bad I didn't go, I had also planned to go somewhere else but did not do that either, instead I watched some rugby in and fell asleep in the chair, a shit day really I guess.

In the morning, I went to computer 'course', I put it in those quotes, as I learnt nothing, which is quite a miracle, for to learn nothing at all, in two hours, well besides, the name of girl next me, I learnt that, and then I figured out who her father was, but as far as the subject matter goes, I learnt nothing.  To be fair the stuff I was interested in was not discussed and it will be in a couple of weeks apparently. In the afternoon I went to Tesco in Porthmadog and got something for tea, a pizza, which is probably not a good idea, as I have an acid reflux problem, which will not go away.  In the evening, I went to a whist drive, though I was not feeling too good, but it was better to go there I think than sit in here all night again, which can do my head in at times.

I have been feeling a bit rough today for some reason, I am not if its because of the 'exertions' of the weekend, and they are fucking scum really.  It has been a nice day weather wise and I did a bit of gardening today, well did a bit of clearing up there, which for some reason, seems to have given me some heartburn. I think some of the neighbours, as they do, got a bit uptight about the work that was done on the manhole, though its done now anyway I guess, so we can move on.  i have to contact the college tomorrow about the arrangements for the journey, to Hereford, I will not have been that far from home, well since the last time I went there about 9 years ago I think I can't quite remember.   There is a program on the telly tonight filmed in the village, about 17 years ago, the people have changed, I have this vague memory of the filming.

A shit weekend really, I guess it got spoilt through one thing and another, not sure how to handle, some situations.  It has been a nice day weather wise, and have now finished some admin work I had to do. Its nice not to have to listen to the clanking anymore, I have forgotten all about the cars now, its back to being peace and quiet again. I did not venture out today, due feeling a bit rough after the beer last night, I am getting a bit fed up of going to that pub.

Well last night was the first night for a while were I had no clanking to listen to, this is a big relief.  I am not sure where to write to them and thank them for their work or not. I went had a a bit of a jam today, with some people, it was ok, it seems to stop and start a bit, but I guess its better than nothing, I was not sure whether to go for a walk or not, but I decided to do the music.  Its hard to hear the music at times due to the tinnitus. For tea I had that pasta sauce I made the other day but this time I put some tomato puree in it, which I forgot the other day, it tasted better, or maybe it tastes better because it had been standing for a few days in the fridge and had had time to mix in properly. I got another letter form social, more reviews in the future it seems.  This evening I tried to learn how to play Cdim chord on the guitar, its not easy my fingers just don't want to go to these places

I knew of 2 organised walks today, one was a bit more awkward than the other to get to.  Anyway I went off to the start of one of them, I knew the bloke who was doing the walk, the had told me he would not go before the bus came, which I assumed to be the bus I was on, it turned out I had probably assumed wrong, it probably needed me to tell him, I was going to be on the bus.  I found this out, as when I got to the start of the walk they had gone.  In my quest to find the group, someone came along and informed me that they had seen the group, about half a mile down the road, I proceeded to try to catch them up, now I had never come across this being done, unless the there was mobile phone contact between the 2 people and as it turned out, it was a waste of time on my behalf, while going after the group, I asked someone else if they had seen then, and they hadn't, so I assume they had turned off.  Anyway I carried on walking on this boring railway track, and then got to the town at

This episode with the manhole has been shamblic, one day they say are coming and don't turn up, the next they come but go home because there is a car parked where they want to work, now they put signs on the road saying they are going to do the work one day, and the letter saying they are coming to do the work actually on the day after, its a mess.  I can see that the person who put the signs down, coming to pick them up, the night before the work is going to be done and then the people doing the work will come here and there will be cars parked there, though the letter says that there is someone coming there to put up the signs, on the day of the work early in the morning, even though there are signs there already, its shambolic I went and got a new pair of trousers for the interview tomorrow, my waste seems to have grown since I bought my last pair of trousers, and it won't help that fact that I stuffed my face with a chocolate orange.  I thought I had not better have a panca

Well, no one turned up to do the renovations today, so I guess my request to have a new date must have been taken on board, though they did not let me now.  I rang them up and it seems there was actually a misunderstanding, but I guess I am not that bothered as long as they did not turn up this week, I am not in the mood to have these people around here. It has been bitterly cold today, its probably the coldest day I have experienced this year.  I have at last made some progress on the application form. Last night I was hoping my twitter page would pass 300 by this morning and it has.  Collecting followers is like collecting points in a supermarket. it seems to me.

Today is the day before the day, that is down for me to get a new kitchen, and I am suppose to be sorting out a few things, the only thing is, I did ring the company at the end of the week, to ask them if they would change the date, they said they would get back to me, no one did, I rang twice, so I don't know now if anyone is coming here tomorrow.  I haven't bothered to move anything. I would rather they come at the beginning of next month, as i am going away then. I run a twitter account for the local community pub and the followers seems to have increased a fair bit in last week, I think it works, that the more you have the more you get, like a kind of snowball I think, but then again I don't know. I have enrolled on a course to see how to use it better, the course is in a couple of weeks. I am still struggling to fill in application form for college assessment, I don't know what's wrong with me. I have a job interview on Wednesday, if I can't fill in an appl

I rang the Water Board again today, regarding the manhole and apparently it is going to be fixed next Thursday, I will believe it when I see it. I also asked a company who is going to give me a new kitchen, if I could change the date of them starting, and they were suppose to get back to me today, but they didn't, so I don't know if they are coming on Monday or not now, oh well, I guess I will soon find out, the only problem is they have asked me to move some stuff, so until I know if they are coming I will not be able to do that. I have started to fill in an application form for the college, I can't remember some of the stuff they want to know, its been so long, I guess I will just have to do my best regarding it.  I know I was at the college in the last 10 years or so, but I can't remember when exactly it was, all I remember was watching Chelsea lose to Monaco in some semi final, and apparently that was in 2004, but I can't remember how long I was there and what i

Well its another day of noisy manhole cover, its horrible, I think will hastle the them again tomorrow about it, the Water Board.   I got a letter from the college where I have applied to go on a 'help me get a job' program, apparently I am going on the 4th of March, it will be change from here.  The letter I got was done in a way, the layout, that was different to the way I was actually taught to do it there so many years ago. I have also received a letter from housing company contracts saying they ware coming on Monday to put in the new kitchen, I have rang them today, to ask them to postpone the job and that they could come on days I am away next month, they could get on with it without me being here, and anyway I have enough to do right now just to organise the time away and to put up with this racket in the street, and I am not that fused about having the place turned upside down to be honest.  I only had a new kitchen a few years ago, but I would like the place rewired, b

I got up this morning, thinking the people who were suppose to come and fix the faulty manhole, would be there, but as the morning went on, it kind of dawned on me they were not going to turn up again, but I guess you never knew, they might have turn up in the afternoon, but they didn't.  The neighbours had moved their cars again, as the notices had gone to them to move them so the contractors could do the work.  I decided to ring the contracting company to ask if they were coming, I was told they would be there, but as the afternoon went, there was no sign of them so I rang again, and was told the same rubbish again.  At this point I was a bit annoyed about being fobbed off, so I rang the council as it was them I rang regarding the problem in the first place, but in reality it was the water board's problem I guess.  The council said they would forward the message on, but I then thought I am probably better off ringing the water board and I did this and told them the story.  Th

Another day of the clankin manhole, and no  letter through the post to say they will be doing it on Monday, like the guy told me they will, on the phone, I guess it might come tomorrow.   I had forgotten what date my dental appointment was, well I had forgotten that I had put it on the computer, this damned noise is dong my head in.  Anyway I rang the dentist and the appointment was today at 1 pm, but the dentist had taken the day off the receptionist told me.  I am just wondering why they had not bothered to ring me up and tell me, I would have had a wasted journey there, if I had not rang, bloody useless. There is still no sign of the people doing the roof either, and I have someone coming to do the kitchen a week after next and that will involve moving things out of the kitchen which is a pain in the ass.
