So we have an election on thursday to decide whether the assembly is  going to have more powers, I am not sure what to vote as I don't quite understand the whole thing/   Its been pretty cold and wet today, and the month is nearly over, time flies really, one minute its monday again.

I got the ramblers magazine through the post this morning, which I didn't expect really, i thought I was only going to get one with the joining pack, so it was a nice surprise, the total of the 4 which come out every year comes to about 15 quid, so really I am only paying 15 quid to join, which I reckon is very cheap for a lot of great days out.  I wish I could go tomorrow but I can't get to the place where the walk starts, no buses on a Sunday which is a bit of a pain, and I don't know the people well enough yet to ask them for a lift, there is a walk on Tuesday, which I can definately get to, no need for no crappy public transport service or no need to get a lift, as the walk is taking place around the village here with the group, who I am a member of, and who I haven't seen for a while, well not since the nice walk up to Moel y Gest in the middle of Januarey. I will have to inform the person on the computer course that I will not be able to be there on Tuesday, but I...

It seems I might have another cold coming, another one, in the line of many which I have had recently, and it gets pretty boring to have one after the other, hopefully its just a blocked nose and it will go in a while. The weather is foul here today, horrible thick fog

I have had a sore throat for a couple of weeks, it seems that it has now turned into a cold.  I got a new battery for my phone yesterday, which seems to be holding charge not much better than the one I bought it to replace, I will see how it goes in the next few days, the one I bought, is not the same as the one I oredred from the amazon website, it does still fit into the phone though.  I got a tax letter today and it referred to some tax thing relating to Nottingham County Council, I am struggling to recall any tax transactions I had with Nottingham County Council, oh well, its only a tax code thing and I guess it doesn't really matter

A bit of a damp day today here. I have managed to get to the computer course and managed to post on this site from this computer for a change.

I did not go to computer course today, usual tutor off, so I took the day off and I won't be there on Wednesday either, as I have some work to do. I played a song I had written to a group of people today and they played along with it, it was nice especially the lady playing the piano, its probably the first time someone else has ever played along with me on one of my songs.

I got up this morning to go to a meeting regarding the openng of the pub, it was a bit boring, but it seems that things are on track.  I then went for a walk, been listening to a book for a change as opposed to reading one. Gong back to the meeting, I was put on the spot regarding what we thought we should be doing regarding the pub, I had to speak in front of people, I do this without any problem most weeks but today I was quite anxious, even though I have done it many times, at these meetings
