maddening tinnitus

Today has been a long really boring day, the weather people said there was going to be reai today, but none turned up, I shall have to stop listening to their crap.  This is the last bank holiay for a while thank God, as they are getting a bit tedious.

This rotten tinnitus has been vile all day, I really hope it improves soon as its maddening.  I am in the middle of applying for a job but there seems to be the same obstacle in my way as hhas been present for a while, well since I moved here anyway, I don't posses a driving licence and that will never change.  There might be a couple of other things that might stop me from getting the job too, but the main one is the not driving bit.

I made a curry for my tea, with chicken and some paste I have had in the cupboard fora a few months now, I thought it would not be very good as I have had a few shop bought curries lately and they have been rubbish but actually this lamb biryani from a jar was not all that bad really.  I made enough for 2, so I can have another load of it some other day.

I need to the computer shop tomorrow to get my discs back, hopefully they will be able ot find them.

messing about wih clocks

Tonight is the night they mess around with the clocks again, so it will be dark earlier, according to the clock tomorrow, which is shame really, as its dark enough as it is at this time of year, they should be turning the clock forward really so that we get more light in the evening, but I guess that would mean it would be dark in the morning, and those who get up early might not like that, but there are street lights these days, these old rules need changing.  Apparently it is something to do with Scotland that they 'need' it lighter in the morning, well I wish they would have got their independence and we could be spared this messing around with the clock.  Apparenlty this messing around is bad for some people's health and it has been reported that some people suffer a heart attack.  Well I guess its going to happen so I might aswell just accept it, at least the weather makes stupid things like this a bit more bareable ,it has not been too badk today and its not going t...

whatsapp

It has been a drab day weather wise no sign of summer.  I decided to contact some old friends today using the whatsapp thing.  I had noticed that one of my friends had decided to use it, I have not seen her for about 4 years.  She replied quite promptly and I got the answer to a question I had had for a while that of where she was living now and its Dorset but she thinks she might move again.  I am beginning to think she is one of those people who once they start to move struggle to stop and find somewhere to settle down, they seem compelled to move all the time.
