I went for a walk with a group of people today around Trout Swansea Lake. I have for a long time wanted to walk around the lake apparently it's about 8 miles long we did not walk that far today but I could see what the path was like it's not actually a path there's a road it was quite tough from the old feet but we veered off in the end I went to walk on some baron ground crash which looks quite dry these days as the weather has been fairly dry for the last few weeks Apparently There is rain on the way just hope Petersen stay though there is not a lot I can do about it it was a beautiful day for a walk today the sun just makes me feel like just I'm bling and it's just feeling the heat of it it's really nice some fine weather for a change instead of the gloomy wet weather we have had for the last few years I know the lake quite well as I used to go fishing there when I was younger and swimming there and I got caught by barbed wire a long time ago and still have t...

 So a copper gets away with causing actual bodily harm to a person he was trying to arrest, this was an outrageous desicion really, and just adds tothe cry of defund the police as they are obviously just thugs, I have never seen such a brutal attack before, and for the jury to find the cunt not guilty make a mockery of the justice system. 't knlw what drugs the jury were given but 0bviously its not the first case of miscarriage of justice involving a jury and many have died got hanged becuase of juries and asre still being killed all over the world.  As luck might have it no one died in this cade but knows of the long lasting damage done to the guy who was attacked by this copper, brutality leads to brutality, and the guy who was attacked will feel aggreived that this scumbag of a copper got off scot free.  I have been doing cookery course for a few weeks making food which I probably would never have eaten if it wasn't for the course. Today today we made chicken Alfredo which I assume is an Italian dish we were given a recipe which we didn't really follow a lot of the steps were a bit different to the ones written down so I have made notes in somewhere else so that's I remember to make it I had it for tea with some salad was OKA bit bland I'm sure I could make it a bit more interesting it seems to be like one pound thing though I struggle with this practical things always have done find it easier to suppose he was my heart and my hands though my head is a bit fazed these days and not as good as it used to be It was good to hear today that the course is going to be extended for three more weeks which is going to be hunting I hope that after this course my cooking ability will improve. This business with the village fair is stressing me out a bit, I have not heard from the ombudsman, apparently they have not looked into it yet. If the fair goes ahead as normal the people who are doing the fair can do it tbough, I messaged them the other day. The other day there was sign saying road will be closed a road that is usually closed for the fair, the sign was not there today as apparently its not possible to close a trunk road, I am not sure what the law is but it just seems all a bit confusing, The road wanted to be closed by the water board..I shall carry on I guess. I have written to the councillor, a waste of time I know but just in case its something I needed to do, tyring to cover all bases I guess. All I can do is by best I guess. I would nto usually get ivolvef in loacal issues but the fair is is important I think or it just might be a distraction from me dealing with oher issues.
