Its a bit cold today weather wise but at least its dry I guess.  I went shopping this morning as per usual I guess and came back here to wait for the guy to come and check the boiler as happens every year as I live in a rented house I am not directly paying for the service I guess.

Its been a grimy horrible wet day today weather wise so have been doing some editing on the recordings of the jam session on wednesday night considering I did a silly thing and not take headphones they did not come out too bad it must be a good recorder I guess.  Due to no monitoring the singer was all over the place on the recording but its good to get a recording of the instruments and voices I will take headphones next time I reckon and I guess the session will have to be more formal where I will need to administer instructions as to what etc. I think the recordings are useful feedbacks I would like to do some more recording of different things it could be a hobby I could get into I was not too sure about the podcast situation this time round I will see how it goes. I have ordered something from amazon the last time I did that it ended up next door even though I was in the house on the delivery time I will have to watch that with this one its an ice pack for my arthritic hip whi

The weather started off ok todahy but its gone drastically down hill since lunch time though the wind has died down.  This morning on the way to the doctors the weather was ok I did cut it a bit fine while getting there I am not too sure whether it was worth the effort really.  I was given instructions to carry on with pills we shall see how it goes. Life is tough going these days and has been for a long time I guess everything is transient hopefully this period is.

The weather is better todday and it was ok to go for walk so off I went to the same place but thinking of taking another route round the woods.   I walked the usual way up from the bus and up to the top road in teh woods but instead of going right I went left and walked up round past a parked van I had seen before passed a house and round that to back on to the road again a forrest road kind of thing in my head I had decided to go left but looking at the road I rhought I recognised the path and went right which was actualy the right thing to do as it took me back home again just in time to catch the bus.  Its funny how in my head I had a route but on tooking at the path that route in my head was wrong maybe I don't have a good sense of direction but it was interesting this morning anyway' The rain is back again this afternoon so I was lucky that I went this morning I guess i think it started to rain the moment I got into the house..  The days seem to be getting lighter

It been appauling weather wise today so different to yesterday but I guess its January so its only expected.  I did manage to get out and do some shopping the rest of the day has been following sports teams I guess I follow Chelsea and they won at home for a change. I also follow the local football team who did well last year but to follow them this season is tough as they are losing almost every game and that by big margin it must be tough to turn up and play in the middle of winter and be losing all the time its hard enough just following them and occasionally turning up for the odd home game. It would be really sad if they local team got relegated this season after waiting so long to go today at least they managed to keep the score down which is a step in the right direction they need a home result now and as soon as possible too I reckon so homefully the Bleanau Amateurs will get a decent result soon and reduce the pressure on them and make the winter a bit easier for everyone co

I thought I would go and exercise this painful hip today as it was uncomfortable last night so I decided to go for a walk it was also a sunny morning which helped. I caught the bus to maentworg and walked up to llyn mair and then went up to towards hafod y llyn. The other day I took anther route up in the woods and was wondering today if I could get a circular route so after hafod y llyn I walk to the left and then turned right and luckily enough I came out in the same place as the other day so I now how a circular route an old school friend had explained it to me but I was not that clear anyway I think I know where he meant now and as I say I have circle I can walk now. Its a lot easier to walk in the woods really as there is not as much glare there,  I have not done much since just sit about I guess.

My hip is still sore its been a few weeks  now it looks like a joint problem as opposed to a muscle one which is a bit sad as its not that easy was to resolve joint issues.  I was supppose to have an xray on the hip on friday but was too ill with a cold to tackle the journey. the appointment was changed to today so off I went for the but at 9.13 the app said it was on its way then it never arrived on the time specifeid on the app so I began to get concerned that the not turning up shit was going on the the bus company Arriva was happening again as it quite commen.  I got really annoyed about this as I want to get this hip thing soreted I rang my sister no answer so rang the hospital to change it and fair play they did after me moaning a bit. I got the hospital eventually way too early but the weather was shit so needed to get there really I walked about a bit then went to the appointment and apparently I needed to bring so form with me whih the doctor forgot to tell me anyway they fa
